Princess Tutu
This 3 layer Belle (Beauty and The Beast) princess tutu measures approximately 17″ from top to bottom and is displayed on an infant sized mannequin, with a circumference of approximately 20 1/2″. The waistband ribbon is for decorative purposes, but it can be utilized to draw the tutu tighter, if needed. Please be mindful of measurements, as this tutu can not stretch much further beyond the measurement of the mannequin.
